version of e-PayDay®, as it is released, fully complies with
all known current Government Legislation and Tax Formulae/Rates for payroll
processing and reporting.
Tax-related software developers use test scenarios provided by the
Australian Taxation Office to test their products. Developers who provide a
declaration that their product has produced the same results as the ATO test
scenarios may list their software on the Australian Taxation Office Product
Register. However, this does not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship
or approvalof these products by the Australian Taxation Office.
At the start of the financial year
(and throughout the year) there are often payroll and legislation
changes that are made by the Federal and State Government and implemented by
the Australian Taxation Office.
These changes to legislation and to taxation occur frequently and are
completely out of the control of LOGISOFT Australia Pty Ltd.
Because we respond quickly to these changes, Updates or Version Upgrades are
often necessary. Updates are supplied FREE* for download.

LOGISOFT invests considerable time
and effort to interpret, implement and
test these changes in our software to
ensure businesses continue to comply with
the current taxation and payroll legislative
requirements. *Update can be ordered on CD for $27.50 (inc,
GST) despatched by EXPRESS Delivery (where available).
If you don't update your software then your payroll may no longer be
compliant. It depends on the nature of the changes but it may mean
calculations, reports and/or forms produced by e-PayDay®
would be outdated. Trying to catch and correct these manually would be time
consuming and costly for your business.
These changes may or may not impact on the way your current version of a
LOGISOFT Payroll product processes your particular payroll.
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT YOUR
PAYROLL IS PROCESSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT GOVERNMENT LEGISLATION.
PENALTIES MAY APPLY FOR NON-COMPLIANCE
IT IS ALSO YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ASCERTAIN WHETHER YOU NEED TO UPDATE
OR UPGRADE YOUR CURRENT LOGISOFT PAYROLL PRODUCT TO A LATER VERSION IN
ORDER TO FULLY MEET YOUR LEGISLATIVE RESPONSIBILITY.
